Temecula, CA – After taking yesterday off to have a little social life, which was NOT the cause of last night’s 3AM earthquake in the valley (no great shakes, thank the Lord), it’s back to business as usual. As they tell you in church, there is a spiritual battle going on for your soul. Though people skeptical of metaphysical things take this as a joke, what the churches fail to tell you is that they are in on the joke. No longer is it “Give unto Caesar” it is now time to start seeing what the Caesars are giving you. To get to your soul the Sons of Darkness are now going through your mind.

The following two reports illustrate just how deep the rabbit hole goes, but only in one neighborhood of a labyrinth that started when Adam was made. We’ll skip ahead to now, today, and as always, I’m not going to tell you what to think. You’re a person who has found this site and these words. You can decide what to believe. If you think that the news you are feed is the real world, stop here and go to the next article.

As you may have gathered, the ‘war on drugs’ - which is how many wars are we in now, I’ve lost count - has been ramped up (see Pricks ‘R’ Us). Besides the ‘jackboot’ approach, the disinformation PR war has also been ratcheted up to a new level of propaganda for the people who will believe a professional in a suit, like the gullible people in a Jeff “Thank You For Buying Meds” Stone audience; people whose life has always been viewed in black and white. Well, guess what Toto, we’re not in Kansas anymore.

Lanny Swerdlow of 3/27 reports:

Last week, the American Society of Addiction Medicine, promoting reefer madness masquerading as medical science, called for an end to the of use of marijuana as a medicine in states that have legalized its use. They went even so far as to denounce doctors that recommend its use as “forsaking the Hippocratic Oath of 'first do no harm.’”

(Ed note: Pay particular attention to the last sentence. This is a tie-in to a major news story about the Vatican not seen in this country’s MSM)

‘Considering that most of their money comes from substances abusers caught up in the War on Drugs, the Drug* Czar’s office and pharmaceutical corporations peddling all kinds of drugs eagerly prescribed by these drug addiction specialists, it is no wonder that they debase and misuse their credentials to buttress a system that is dysfunctional, inefficient, outrageously expensive and inhumane.

What is sooooo ironic, is that the same week the National Cancer Institute, a division of the National Institute of Health, which is one of the 11 component agencies that make up the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, unassumingly and very modestly released its treatment database on the medicinal uses of marijuana which included an acknowledgment that oncologists may recommend it to patients for medicinal use.

The summary cites clinical trials demonstrating the benefit of medical marijuana. Part of it reads:

“The potential benefits of medicinal Cannabis for people living with cancer include antiemetic effects, appetite stimulation, pain relief, and improved sleep. In the practice of integrative oncology, the health care provider may recommend medicinal Cannabis not only for symptom management but also for its possible direct antitumor effect.”

The report looked at other beneficial uses of cannabis, such as for pain, anxiety and insomnia and found abundant evidence to back up these uses. The report is painstakingly referenced with citations to a virtual cornucopia of peer-reviewed, evidentiary based research providing methodical research validating all these benefits.

Of special notice is the section on the antitumor effects where the report presents some of the studies that scientifically documented the anti-cancer properties of the cannabinoids found in cannabis. Of even more special notice was the section examining the studies that explain the mechanisms and pathways used by the cannabinoids in their uncanny ability to detect and slay cancerous cells but leave non-cancerous cells alone.

Unlike the doctors from the American Society of Addiction Medicine who have many axes to grind, the doctors and researchers at the National Cancer Institute appear only to have outstanding ethics and impeccable integrity and publish what they know is true. You can be sure, they will be subject to an avalanche of criticism and finger wagging, maybe even resulting in censor and suspension. Most of the threats will be made and carried out by the U.S. Department of Justice and other law enforcements agencies mortified by any evidence that undermines their reefer madness rhetoric.

Email copies to everyone on your email list, print out copies and take it to your doctor’s office and everywhere else that people need to read the truth. It will be very interesting to see the forces that come into play to denounce and support these two disparate reports.
